Our Story:

The Heart and Science Behind Empower Mental Health And Wellness Clinic

At EMHAWC, the journey began with a profound recognition that true health transcends symptoms—it arises from the harmonious integration of mind and body, grounded in science and delivered with compassion. Founded by Dr. Jenna Saul, a leader in integrative mind-body medicine and an author committed to evidence-based practices, EMHAWC was born out of a deep desire to redefine what wellness means in modern healthcare.

What matters most to us at EMHAWC is the lifelong pursuit of wellness through scientifically innovative, patient-centered care. We understand that each individual's health journey is unique, shaped by the interplay of physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Our founder’s commitment, reflected in her pioneering contributions to integrative medicine in psychiatry and founding of AACAP’s committee on alternative and integrative medicine, fuels our mission: to empower patients with personalized, transformative treatments that address the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.

A defining moment for EMHAWC was witnessing the gap where many patients with chronic conditions like pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and stress-related ailments struggled to find effective, evidence-based relief. Through the integration of cutting-edge therapies like TMS, Emsculpt, and Emsella within a holistic framework, we create pathways to healing that restore balance "from core to floor"—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

EMHAWC exists because we believe wellness is a lifelong journey rooted in scientific innovation balanced with human connection. We are here to guide, support, and inspire every step of that journey—delivering care that truly transforms lives by blending the best of medicine, mind, and body. This is our promise, and this is what makes EMHAWC uniquely dedicated to your health and vitality.

What makes Empower Mental Health and Wellness Different?

What sets EMHAWC apart from other clinics and med spas is its unique blend of physician-led, mind-body medicine expertise combined with scientific innovation and evidence-based integrative treatments. While med spas focus primarily on aesthetic procedures, EMHAWC centers on comprehensive lifelong wellness by addressing both mental and physical health in a deeply personalized way. We respect your aesthetic enhancement goals and will help you achieve them. At the same time, we prioritize your overall well-being by integrating mind-body science and innovative therapies that support lasting health beyond appearance alone. This holistic approach truly sets us apart.

Led by Dr. Jenna Saul, a recognized authority in integrative psychiatry and mind-body medicine, EMHAWC offers advanced therapies such as TMS, Emsculpt, and Emsella within a clinically rigorous framework. The clinic emphasizes treatments that restore function and vitality from the core to the floor, promoting holistic health rather than superficial results alone.

Moreover, EMHAWC's commitment to scientific rigor, compassionate care, and ongoing innovation creates a healing environment where patients feel supported in all dimensions of wellness. This rare integration of mind, body, and evidence-based medicine makes EMHAWC uniquely positioned to deliver transformative, lasting results—not just temporary fixes.

In summary, EMHAWC stands apart by combining expert medical knowledge, cutting-edge technology, and a holistic mind-body philosophy dedicated to enduring health and well-being.
