Deleting Your Account

You may delete your account any time by emailing info@emhawc.com Deletion removes your data from our systems, with exceptions for required legal retention. Outstanding fees remain due despite account deletion.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice, and are not liable for any resulting impacts.

Payment Terms

Payments may require submission of credit card, insurance, or other payment information. You are responsible for all payments and any applicable taxes. • Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver.

• If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.

• Claims must be filed within one year.

• No agency or partnership created.

• Assignment by you requires our consent.
